The bill further alleges that at the time of the institution of the suit at law, defendant, J. Ham Kirkland was seized and
possessed of certain described lands in Polk County, Florida, and continued to hold the legal title thereto until October
1, 1921, when he conveyed a part of said lands to his wife, the co-defendant herein and on October 3, 1921, when he conveyed
the remainder of said lands to his wife. The bill alleges both deeds mentioned from defendant J.Ham Kirkland to Ione T. Kirkland,
his wife, were fraudulent and void and without valuable consideration and made to hinder, delay and defraud the complainant.
